Licensing & Registration Help

Company license applications and renewals are managed through the LSBPSE Licensing & Registration Portal.


Company renewal forms are available in your portal account when your company is eligible to renew. New company applicants must first contact the Company & Instructor License Team to verify that licensing requirements are met before an application package is made available. Once it has been verified by the section that your company meets the proper requirements to be licensed, the application package will be published to the account in the Licensing & Registration portal.


Important: Do not mail paper company license applications, renewal forms, or checks.
