About Carl Saizan


With over 37 years of law enforcement experience, Carl Saizan has devoted his life to public service, rising through the ranks of the Louisiana State Police to serve at the highest levels of leadership.



Carl most recently served as a Command Inspector for the Bureau of Investigations Division where he was responsible for the Statewide Special Victims Unit, Fusion Center Operations, Criminal Intelligence Unit, and the Technical Support Unit.


His distinguished career also includes service as Platoon 1 SWAT Commander, Troop B Commander, and Region 1 Patrol Major for Southeast Louisiana. He served on the statewide Strategic Highway Safety Team for eight years.


A graduate of the FBI National Academy, Carl holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in Emergency Management.

He has devoted most of his career to public safety and is now committed to bringing his expertise and leadership to serve the private security industry here in Louisiana.
