The policy applies to all LSBPSE employees, including full-time, part-time, seasonal, temporary, and contract employees, regardless of position or work location.

How to Report a Concern

  1. Report as soon as possible: Concerns should be reported promptly so they can be addressed quickly.
  2. Choose a contact: A concern may be reported to a direct supervisor, any supervisor or manager, or the Human Resources Department.
  3. Share the details: Include who was involved, what happened, when and where it occurred, witnesses, and any related records or messages.
  4. Reporting submissions: Reports may be made verbally or in writing, including in person, by phone, email, memo, or text.
  5. What happens next: The concern will be reviewed and investigated as appropriate. Employees are protected from retaliation.
